Overview

We want you to be satisfied with AURON. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges. No refund is applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions — General Rule

All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the circumstances described below. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Technical failure: If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected days.

New subscribers — 7-day guarantee: If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies once per account.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@auron.app with:

• Your registered email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
