By accessing or using AURON ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AURON is a fitness accountability platform that helps athletes track workouts, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and steps through a daily AURON Score. Trainers may use AURON to manage clients, assign programs, and track team compliance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AURON. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in the United States and Canada are our primary supported audience.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
AURON offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. A 20% discount applies to 3-month and annual billing cycles. All prices are listed in USD.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on each renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload content that is abusive, offensive, or infringes third-party rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, notes, workout data). By submitting content, you grant AURON a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AURON does not provide medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness or diet program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURON and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
